Crash Boat Basin
As seen from a scenic overlook, this is Crashboat Basin. When the Air Force base was in operation, this is where the crash boats were kept in the event airplanes crashed into the ocean. It's also where the jet fuel was offloaded and pumped up to the base at the top of the cliff.
